The GIZ AIP – Training of Trainers (TOT) Program is a capacity-building initiative designed to strengthen local training ecosystems and enable scalable knowledge transfer across Upper Egypt. Implemented across the governorates of Minya, Beni Suef, and Assiut, the program attracted 500+ applicants, reflecting strong demand for advanced training capabilities. Following a structured selection process, 140 trainers were trained through an intensive program delivering 50+ hours of specialized training. The initiative focused on enhancing pedagogical skills, sector-relevant knowledge, and practical delivery capabilities, equipping trainers to effectively support entrepreneurship and innovation programs within their local communities and contribute to long-term ecosystem development.
