In 2025, Entlaq delivered national innovation programs that strengthened Egypt’s cybersecurity ecosystem. We are proud to highlight the successful completion of the WE INNOVATE Hackathon 2025, delivered in collaboration with Telecom Egypt and the Egyptian Computer Emergency Readiness Team (EG-CERT), and sponsored by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and the National Bank of Egypt (NBE). The journey began with 500+ applicants from across Egypt. Following a rigorous evaluation process, 54 teams advanced to the core phases, receiving hands-on mentorship and cybersecurity upskilling. The program culminated with 11 finalist teams pitching their solutions on the Cairo ICT stage. The hackathon concluded with 5 winning teams and 2 special awardees, receiving a total of EGP 1.45 million in prizessu, pporting the growth of homegrown cybersecurity innovation. WE INNOVATE reflects our commitment to designing and delivering high-impact, multi-stakeholder programs that empower talent and strengthen Egypt’s digital future.
