The Etijah (Tomooh) Capacity Building Program is a structured entrepreneurship and skills development initiative designed to support early-stage startups through targeted training, mentorship, and progressive selection pathways. Through the program, 84 startups were engaged at entry level, with a selective process advancing 18 startups to the Demo Day stage. The program delivered 30+ structured sessions, totaling 160+ hours of training, complemented by 60+ hours of one-to-one and group mentorship. Implementation was supported by a network of 20+ trainers and mentors, ensuring practical, market-relevant learning. Etijah focused on strengthening founder readiness, business fundamentals, and growth capabilities, creating a clear pathway from early engagement to market-facing milestones and investor exposure.
